Hello, my name is Earl Kirk,

I was born in Silverton, Oregon and spent my early years on the family farm near Silver Creek Falls. My working career afforded me the opportunity to spend many years working for the government, than switching to the private sector. My time as a Controller for a local Surveying and Engineering Company allowed me to gain the knowledge of Land Use / Development in Oregon, which was a natural fit for me to become a realtor, I entered Real Estate in 2001 with the focus to learn as much as I could about the industry.  Since than I’ve helped many buyers and seller with the sale or purchase of a home, commercial building, business and development of their property, I have established professional relationships with many people and firms that I can access in helping you with your needs. My Land Use experience consist of but is not limited to: Lot Line adjustments, Variances, Zoning issues, along with all the Application and Review processes within your city or county agencies.
